摘 要:在《聚合反应工程》课程中,聚合反应速率直接影响聚合产物的平均聚合度,是课程的一个核心内容,在教材中具有重要地位。不同聚合反应机理所对应的聚合反应速率不同,但它们具有很强的关联性。文中以自由基聚合及缩聚的聚合机理为主线,对两种情况的聚合反应速率进行了对比分析,指出了二者之间的相同之处和不同之处。并就聚合反应速率这一知识点所遇到的问题进行了详尽的分析讨论,旨在使学生对聚合反应速率能有一个系统的深刻的认识和把握。In the course of polymerization reaction engineering, polymerization reaction rate directly affects the average polymerization degree of polymer, which is a core content of the course, and plays an important role in the textbook. Different polymerization mechanisms correspond to different polymerization rates, but they have a strong correlation. Taking the polymerization mechanism of free radical polymerization and condensation polymerization as the main line, the polymerization reaction rates of the two cases were compared and analyzed, and the similarities and differences between them were pointed out. Based on the polymerization rate, these issues are discussed in detail so that students understand and grasp the meaning of the polymerization rate.
