摘 要:蒸汽具有来源充足、价格低廉、无毒、无污染、不爆燃且热容量大的特点,因此蒸汽管网系统被广泛地应用于石油化工、制药、化学、冶金等国民经济的诸多产业。本文以中电投阜新发电有限责任公司外供华润雪花啤酒厂蒸汽管网系统为研究对象,主要从散热损失、摩擦损失、疏水损失、泄露损失四个方面进行能耗分析,以提高蒸汽利用效率为目的,针对性地提出了节能措施。Because of the advantages such as adequate source,relatively low cost,non-toxicity,non-pollution,non-deflagration,and high heat capacity,the steam pipe network system was widely used in petrochemical,pharmaceutical,chemical,metallurgical and other industries of national economy as the main carrier of the steam.The energy consumption was analyzed from four aspects:heat loss,friction loss,hydrophobic loss and leakage loss in this paper for the steam pipe network system of the China Fuxin Power Generation Co.Ltd.for Huarun Snow Beer plant,in order to improve the steam utilization efficiency,and several energy-saving measures were proposed.
