摘　　要：福建港口资源丰富,在双循环新发展格局下科学推进港口资源整合,实现区域港口一体化高效运营,对福建省港口全方位推进高质量发展超越具有重要意义。梳理总结国内外港口整合的经验和做法,基于当前福建港口发展的现状,提出推进福建港口一体化改革,以及推进闽台港口融合发展、打造海峡港口群的设想。Fujian is rich in port resources, it is of practical importance to scientifically promote the integration and realize the integrated and efficient operation of the ports in the dual cycle development new pattern. This study summarizes the mature experience and successful practices of international and domestic port integration. Based on the port development status of Fujian, this study puts forward exploring thoughts on the ports integration reform in the integration and promoting the integrated development of Fujian and Taiwan ports to build a successful Strait Port Group.
