摘 要:在前期研究基础上,以制种的三系杂交水稻Ⅱ优416为试验材料,降低复合型脱水剂F-5-5的施用量,设4个喷施量处理,研究其最适宜的喷施量。结果表明,施用0.9~1.5 L/hm^(2)的复合型脱水剂F-5-5第6天后,种子水分含量比未喷脱水剂对照降低4个百分点以上,对种子质量、田间出苗率和秧苗素质无不利影响,且收获时茎鞘仍保持鲜绿、坚挺。对复合型脱水剂F-5-5进行优化,以常规早稻中早39为试验材料进行喷施试验,结果表明,复合型脱水剂F-5-5优2的脱水效果和对种子质量的影响均优于复合型脱水剂F-5-5和复合型脱水剂F-5-5优1。综合考虑脱水效果和对种子质量的影响,复合型脱水剂F-5-5优2在杂交水稻制种中具有广泛的应用前景,其适宜用量为0.6~1.2 L/hm^(2)。On the basis of the previous studies, with the three-line hybrid riceⅡYou 416 in hybrid seed production as the materials, the optimal dosage of the composite dehydrating agent F-5-5 was studied by reducing the application amount to four dosages. The results showed that, compared with the control group without spraying the dehydrating agent, the seed moisture content of the treatments sprayed with 0.9 to 1.5 L/hm2 of the composite dehydrating agent F-5-5 decreased by more than four percentage points six days after applying, and there was no negative effect on the seed quality, field emergence rate and seedling quality, moreover, the stem and leaf sheath remained fresh green and firm at harvest. Furthermore, the experiment was conducted for optimization of the composite dehydrating agent F-5-5 with the inbred line early rice variety Zhongzao 39 as the materials. The results showed that the dehydration effect and the effect on seed quality of the optimization 2 of the composite dehydrator F-5-5 were better than those of the composite dehydrator F-5-5 and its optimization 1. Based on the dehydration effect and the effect on seed quality, the optimization 2 of the composite dehydrator F-5-5 shows an extensive application prospect in hybrid rice seed production with a suitable application amount of 0.6 ~ 1.2 L/hm2.
