摘  要:为了探究改良微压内循环(MSR)反应器处理低温低碳源生活污水的可行性,以实际生活污水为探究对象,建立改良MSR工艺,并在10℃,进水化学需氧量(COD)为90~160 mg/L的条件下探究了改良MSR工艺脱氮除磷效率。结果表明MSR反应器稳定时期出水COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N及SOP的浓度基本维持在10.9~21.3 mg/L,1.6~3.8 mg/L和0.4~0.9 mg/L,相应的去除效率分别维持在85.9%~92.3%,85.2%~93.4%和89.2%~92.7%。改良MSR工艺较传统SBR工艺展示出更佳的脱氮除磷效率。机制探究表明改良MSR工艺中NO_(2)^(-)-N积累量较少,且胞内聚合物聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)的合成量大于传统SBR工艺,从而导致后续氧化产能量较大。改良MSR工艺中糖原质的含量基本无变化,而传统SBR工艺出现周期内较大波动。In order to explore the feasibility of using modified micro-pressure swirling reactor(MSR) to treat low-temperature and low-carbon domestic sewage, the actual domestic sewage was taken as the object, and the improved MSR process is established, and the influent chemical oxygen demand(at 10°C) The efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in the modified MSR process was investigated under the conditions of COD of90~160 mg/L. The results showed that the COD of the MSR reactor during the stable period was maintained at 10.9~21.3 mg/L, 1.6~3.8 mg/L and0.4~0.9 mg/L, and the corresponding removal efficiency was maintained at 85.9%~92.3%, 85.2%~93.4% and 89.2%~92.7%. The improved MSR process exhibited better nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency than the traditional SBR process. The mechanism investigation showed that the accumulation of NO_(2)^(-)-N in the modified MSR process was less, and the synthesis amount of intracellular polymer polyhydroxyalkanoate(PHA) was larger than that of the traditional SBR process, resulting in greater energy for subsequent oxidation. The content of glycogen in the modified MSR process was basically unchanged, while the traditional SBR process had large fluctuations in the cycle.
