摘 要:采用厌氧生物膜反应器实验装置,安装网状聚氨酯海绵作为填料,经接种、驯化、挂膜后对农村生活污水中污染物质进行降解,研究了不同水力停留时间下反应器的处理效果,并对几种强化措施进行了测试。结果表明,对聚氨酯填料进行过氧化氢氧化-铁离子浸泡改性能够提高反应器的挂膜速度;进入正常运行阶段后,当HRT为4 d时,污水COD去除效果为佳,出水COD和去除率分别稳定在75 mg/L和80%左右;添加铁碳石对去除污水COD的效果明显,出水COD最低降至62.3 mg/L,COD去除率达到85.5%;将末端填料替换为陶粒后,反应器对NH_(4)^(+)-N和TP的去除效果都有了较大的提升,去除率分别提高至15.4%和32.2%。The anaerobic biofilm reactor device was used, and the mesh polyurethane sponge was installed as the filler, and the pollutant in rural domestic sewage was degraded after inoculation, domestication, and biofilm formation. The treatment effect of reactor with different hydraulic residence time was studied and several reinforcement measures were tested. The results showed that, modification of polyurethane filler by hydrogen peroxide oxidation-iron ion immersion could improve the biofilm formation rate of the reactor. After entering the normal operation stage, when HRT was 4 d, the COD removal effect in sewage was better, the effluent COD and removal rate were about 75 mg/L and 80% respectively. The addition of iron carbon stone had an obvious effect on COD removal in sewage, the effluent COD was reduced to 62.3 mg/L at the minimum and the removal rate was about 85.5%. When the end of the filler was replaced by ceramsite, the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in the reactor was greatly improved, and the removal rate was increased to 15.4% and 32.2% respectively.
