摘  要:通过梳理相关变质共晶硅的文献,对研究共晶硅变质机理的方法进行了总结。通过分析凝固曲线得到共晶硅的形核温度、长大温度、形核长大时间等。通过分析共晶硅形核长大时间,可以佐证变质剂元素对共晶硅形核核心的影响。利用EBSD分析共晶硅的形核核心,共晶硅所在区域的色块多,表示共晶硅的形核核心多,Al-Si合金的EBSD样品制取需要用离子减薄法。利用TEM与XRD相结合的方法评价共晶硅孪晶的数量,得到的数据更具有可信度,制取TEM样品需要用离子铣削法。The methods for studying the metamorphic mechanism of eutectic silicon were summarized by combing the literatures of related metamorphic eutectic silicon. The nucleation temperature, growing temperature and growing time of eutectic silicon were obtained by analyzing the solidification curve. By analyzing the growth time of eutectic silicon nucleus,the influence of modifier elements on eutectic silicon core can be proved. Using EBSD to analyze the nucleation core of eutectic silicon, there are many color blocks in the region of eutectic silicon, indicating that the nucleation core of eutectic silicon is many, and the EBSD samples of Al-Si alloy need to be thinned by ion. Using the method combining TEM and XRD to evaluate the number of eutectic silicon twins, the obtained data are more reliable. The ion milling method is needed to prepare TEM samples.
