摘 要:运用ProCAST铸造仿真软件对某铝合金整体叶轮在两种浇注系统中的充型凝固过程进行模拟。结果显示在重力铸造条件下,两种浇注方式在叶片薄壁处、叶片与轮毂处均出现缩松缩孔缺陷,而侧注式浇注系统所产生的铸造缺陷较少。通过对侧注式浇注系统下的轮毂顶端添加冒口,在浇注速度35 mm/s、型壳预热温度350℃、浇注温度710℃优化浇注工艺参数下可以铸造出充型完整性好,铸造缺陷少的叶轮铸件。The filling and solidification process of an aluminum alloy integral impeller in two casting systems was simulated by using ProCAST casting simulation software. The results show that under the condition of gravity casting, there are shrinkage porosity and cavity defects in the thin wall of the blade under the two pouring modes, but the casting defects in the side casting system are less. The impeller castings with good filling integrity and fewer casting defects can be produced by adding risers at the top of the wheel hub under the side casting system and under the optimized gating process parameters which are the casting speed of 30 mm/s, the preheating temperature of the shell of 350℃and the pouring temperature of 710℃.
