摘 要:利用Anycasting软件对铝合金一体化隔离座的充型和凝固过程进行了模拟分析,并且以浇注温度、模具预热温度、充型速度三个参数作为影响铸件质量的因素设计了正交试验。由正交试验结果得出,浇注温度对铸件的质量影响最大,模具预热温度次之,充型速度影响最小;最佳工艺参数是浇注温度630℃、模具预热温度160℃、充型速度0.1 m/s。用最佳工艺参数模拟,得到的铸件缩孔、缩松缺陷最少。并以此参数进行了产品试制,在金相显微镜下观察了产品的显微组织,发现在薄壁处晶粒细小,且分布较均匀,而在厚壁处存在粗大的α-Al枝晶,且分布不均匀。The filling and solidification process of the aluminum alloy integrated isolation seat was simulated and analyzed by Anycasting software, and the orthogonal test was designed with the parameters of pouring temperature, die preheating temperature and filling speed as the factors affecting casting quality. The results of orthogonal test show that the casting temperature has the greatest influence on the quality, the die preheating temperature is the second, and the filling speed is the least. The optimum process parameters are pouring temperature of 630℃, die preheating temperature of 160 ℃, and filling speed of 0.1 m/s. Using the best process parameter for simulation, the casting shrinkage hole, shrinkage defects are the least. And the product was trial-produced with this parameter, and the microstructure of the product was observed under metallographic microscope. It is found that the grains at the thin wall are small and well-distributed, while there are coarseα-Al dendrites at the thick wall, and the distribution is not uniform.
