摘  要:建立了?19 mm×1.5 mm的AZ31B镁合金薄壁管滚珠旋压三维有限元模型。运用ABAQUS软件对其成形过程进行仿真,分析了不同工艺参数(进给比、减薄量、旋压角、模环转速)对其未变形区温度的影响,并运用正交试验法对工艺参数进行优化。研究表明:优化的参数组合为:进给比0.1 mm/r,减薄量0.5 mm,旋压角24°,模环转速8000r/min。在此组合参数的旋压成形下,未变形区最大温度值可稳定在71~80℃,这可以降低镁合金管热旋的加热温度。The three-dimensional finite element model of ball spinning of AZ31B magnesium alloy thin-wall tube with ?19 mm×1.5 mm was established. ABAQUS software was used to simulate the forming process. The influence of different process parameters(feed ratio, thinning amount, spinning angle, and die ring speed) on the temperature of the undeformed zone was analyzed. The process parameters were optimized by orthogonal test. The results show that the optimized parameter combination is the feed ratio of 0.1 mm/r, the thinning amount of 0.5 mm, the spinning angle of 24°, and the die ring rotutional speed of 8000 r/min. Under the spinning forming of the combined parameters, the maximum temperature value of the undeformed zone can be stabilized at 71-80℃, which can reduce the heating temperature of hot spinning of magnesium alloy tube.
