摘 要:采用多向锻造制备了含钒Al-8.5Si-1.0V合金试样,并与常规锻造试样的力学性能、耐腐蚀性能和耐磨损性能进行了对比分析。结果表明:多向锻造可以获得优异的力学性能、耐腐蚀性能和耐磨损性能。其中,试样的抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率分别达到306、214 MPa、10.1%。与常规锻造相比,多向锻造试样的抗拉强度增大12%,屈服强度增大16%,腐蚀电位正移59 m V,磨损体积减小18%,试样的力学性能、耐腐蚀性能和耐磨损性能得到明显提高。The samples of vanadium containing Al-8.5 Si-1.0V alloy were prepared by multi-directional forging. The mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of conventional forging specimens were compared and analyzed. The results show that multi-directional forging can obtain excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Among them, the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation after fracture of the sample are 306 MPa, 214 MPa and 10.1% respectively. Compared with those of the conventional forging, the tensile strength, yield strength, corrosion potential of the multi-directional forging specimens increase by 12%, 16%, 59 mV, respectively, the wear volume decreases 18% and the mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the specimens are significantly improved.
