摘  要:采用回填式搅拌摩擦点焊技术对1.8 mm厚的1060铝板(上板)和2 mm厚的T2铜板(下板)进行焊接。结果表明,在不扎透上板的条件下,采用转速2500 r/min,下扎深度1.7 mm,焊接时间6 s的参数组合获得到了表面光滑平整、内部无缺陷的铝/铜点焊接头。上板与下板间的搭接界面呈平直形貌,无钩状缺陷的产生,在搭接界面处形成了约12μm厚的原子扩散层,并存在CuAl2与CuAl金属间化合物。搅拌区的显微硬度不低于母材,显微硬度最低值出现在晶粒粗大的热影响区。点焊接头的拉伸剪切载荷为4.26 kN,且接头断裂模式为剪切断裂。The 1.8 mm thick AA1060 aluminium plate(upper plate) and 2 mm thick T2 copper plate(lower plate) were welded by refill friction stir spot welding. The results show that when the rotating tool doesn’t penetrate into the upper sheet,the defect-free Al/Cu joint with a smooth surface is obtained under the rotating velocity of 2500 r/min, the tool plunging depth of 1.7 mm and the total welding time of 6 s. The lap interface between the upper and the lower sheets has a flat shape, and the hook defect isn’t observed. A 12 μm thick atomic diffusion layer forms at the lap interface of joint, which consists of CuAl2 and Cu Al intermetallic compounds. The microhardness of the stir zone is higher than that of the base material and the heat affected zone with coarsened grains has the lowest micro hardness value. The shear strength of spot welded joint is 4.26 kN,and the fracture mode of the joint is shear frcture.
