摘  要:“植入式医疗电子”是现代医学的一个重要组成部分。它以监测时间长,信号传输稳定,噪声小,可控性强而被现代医学广泛推广应用。为了实现这些功能,所有的“植入式医疗电子”必须与外界终端实现数据通信。电流耦合型人体通信因为信号稳定,噪声小,对机体损伤较小成为支持植入式通信领域的新的“无线通信”方式。为了研究植入式电流耦合型人体通信信道特性,本文基于麦克斯韦方程,建立了有源场单层人体通信信道模型并求出了柱心到源点与源点到表面的电势分布解析解。通过Matlab2010b仿真得出了源点所在的圆柱面电势分布与圆柱表面电势分布,同时还得到在1m范围内信号源到表面的信号衰减为2-26dB,比其它两种无线方式都要小。“Implantable medical electronics”is an important part of modern medicine.It is widely used in modern medicine for its long monitoring time,stable signal transmission,low noise and strong controllability.In order to realize these functions,all implantable medical electronics must realize data communication with external terminals.The galvanic coupling intra-body communication has become a new"wireless communication"method in the implantable communication field because of its stable signal,low noise and less damage to the body.In order to study the characteristics of the implantable galvanic coupling intra-body communication channel,an active field single-layer human communication channel model is established based on the Maxwell Equation and the analytical solutions of the potential distribution from the column center to the source point and from the source point to the surface are obtained.Through MATLAB 2010b simulation,the potential distribution on the cylindrical surface where the source is located and the potential distribution on the surface of the cylinder are obtained.At the same time,the signal attenuation from the signal source to the surface is 2-26db within the range of 1m,which is smaller than those obtained by the other two wireless methods.
