摘　　要：本文设计制作了一种可实现故障设置的电子类实验控制系统,由STC89C52单片机、故障控制电路、红外遥控、液晶显示、电源电路、矩阵键盘六部分构成。通过控制系统可对原有实验设备进行三类故障点的设置,以及一键恢复功能。通过实验提高了学生的电路分析能力和故障排查能力,也便于教师对实验设备的统一管理。对电工电子类专业的电路学习和实践提供了很好的解决方案。This paper design and manufacture an electronic experimental control system which can realize malfunction setting,it is mainly composed of STC89C52 single chip microcomputer,malfunction control circuit,infrared remote control,liquid crystal display,power supply circuit and matrix keyboard.Through the control system,the original experimental equipment can be set up with three types of malfunction points and one key recovery.Through experiments,students'ability of circuit analysis and malfunction diagnosis have been improved,it is also convenient for teachers to manage the experimental equipment in a unified way.It provides a good solution for the students who major in electrical and electronic in circuit learning and practice.
