摘  要:单点系泊系统作为浮式生产储油卸油装置(FPSO)的核心组成部分,其中STP(水下转塔生产系统)形式单点在中国南海海域的应用已经比较成熟,介绍STP形式单点海上解脱与回接作业,结合工程实例,采用“T”形布置控制平面运动精度,同时制定多艘拖船指挥协调的优化方案,可缩短海上作业时间,达到油田提前复产,降低工程整体投入的效果。The single-point mooring system is the core component of the floating production storage and offloading unit(FPSO).Among them,the underwater turret production system(STP)form of single-point mooring has been relatively mature in the south China sea.The disconnection and hook-up operations of the STP form of single-point were introduced.Combined with engineering examples,the T-shaped layout was used to control the accuracy of plane motion,and an optimized plan for command coordination of multiple tugboats was formulated in order to shorten the offshore operation time,achieve the purpose of resuming production in advance of the oilfield and reducing the overall investment of the project.
