摘  要:目的探讨不同视野水平视觉刺激下事件相关电位(ERP)波形成分(N1、P2)的特征性变化。方法选取裸眼视力0.1及以上的志愿者30名,采用Oddball实验范式分别呈现10°和30°视野水平的刺激图片,采用Neuroscan放大器连续记录并获取标准和偏差刺激条件下诱发志愿者10°和30°视野水平时ERP的N1、P2成分,并比较不同视野下N1、P2成分的峰值潜伏期和平均振幅的差异。结果在标准刺激条件下,30°视野水平时志愿者N1、P2成分的平均振幅分别小于10°视野水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在偏差刺激条件下,与10°视野水平比较,30°视野水平时志愿者N1和P2成分的峰值潜伏期延长、N1成分平均振幅下降(P<0.05)。结论随视野范围增大,志愿者ERP波形的N1、P2成分振幅减小,潜伏期延长。Objective To investigate the composition(N1 and P2)of event-related potential(ERP)waveform under visual stimulation of event-related different horizon.Methods Thirty volunteers with naked eye vision of 0.1 or above were selected,and stimulation images of 10°and 30°field level were presented by the oddball experimental paradigm respectively.The Neuroscan amplifier was used to continuously record and obtain the N1 and P2 components of ERP when standard and 10°induced volunteer 30°horizon levels,and the differences in peak latency and average amplitude of N1 and P2 components at different horizons were compared.Results Under the standard stimulation conditions,the average amplitudes of N1 and P2 components of volunteers at 30°visual field level was less than that at 10°visual field level,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Under bias stimulation,the peak incubation period of the volunteer N1 and P2 components was extended and the mean amplitude of the N1 components decreased at the 30°horizon level,compared with the 10°horizon level(P<0.05).Conclusion With the range of vision,the N1 and P2 component amplitude of volunteer ERP waveform decreases and the horizon increases.
