趋化因子RANTES和MCP-1在不明原因复发性流产早期诊断中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨趋化因子调节蛋白(RANTES)和单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)在不明原因复发性流产(URSA)早期诊断中的作用。方法选取URSA患者50例作为URSA组、同期正常早孕行人工流产妇女作为正常早孕组(n=25)及体检健康未孕妇女作为健康未孕组(n=25),收集3组受检者的年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、孕次、吸烟史和饮酒史等一般临床资料;抽取3组受检者空腹静脉血5 mL,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测各组受检者血清RANTES和MCP-1的水平;分析URSA组患者流产次数、孕周及BMI与血清RANTES和MCP-1的关系。结果URSA组受检者血清RANTES和MCP-1水平分别较正常早孕组和健康未孕组降低(P<0.01),但BMI分别较正常早孕组和健康未孕组升高(P<0.01);随流产次数增多,URSA组受检者血清RANTES和MCP-1水平降低(P<0.05)。结论RANTES和MCP-1水平异常与URSA的发生密切相关。Objective To investigate the role of chemokines unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(RANTES)and monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)in the early diagnosis of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods Fifty URSA patients were selected as the observation group,the women who underwent induced abortion due to normal early pregnancy were selected as the normal early pregnancy group(n=25)and the healthy non-pregnant women were selected as the healthy non-pregnant group(n=25).The general clinical data such as age,body mass index(BMI),pregnancy times,smoking history and drinking history of the three groups were collected and compared;5 mL fasting venous blood was extracted from the three groups,and the levels of serum RANTES and MCP-1 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA);the relationship between abortion times,gestational age,BMI,and serum RANTES and MCP-1 in Ursa group was analyzed.Results The serum levels of RANTES and MCP-1 in URSA group were lower than those in normal early pregnancy group and healthy non-pregnancy group(P<0.01),but the BMI was higher than that in normal early pregnancy group and healthy non-pregnancy group(P<0.01);with the increase of abortion times,the serum levels of RANTES and MCP-1 in URSA group were lower than those in normal early pregnancy group and healthy non-pregnancy group(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of chemokines RANTES and MCP-1 is closely related to the occurrence of recurrent abortion.
