摘  要:目的探讨机械通气在危重症哮喘抢救治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月~2020年9月沈阳市第四人民医院收治的60例危重症哮喘患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)和实验组(30例)。对照组患者采用常规治疗方法,实验组患者联合实施无创机械通气治疗方法。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、肺功能指标、血气指标以及治疗总依从性等。结果实验组治疗后的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后的动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后的动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后的PaO_(2)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后的PaCO_(2)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV1/FVC)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的治疗总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论危重症哮喘患者抢救治疗中实施无创机械通气治疗方法的应用效果显著,能明显改善患者的肺功能、血气指标及治疗依从性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of mechanical ventilation in the rescue and treatment of critical asthma.Methods A total of 60 patients with critical asthma from September 2018 to September 2020 in the Fourth People′s Hospital of Shenyang City were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into control group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with non-invasive mechanical ventilation.Clinical treatment effect,pulmonary function indexes,blood gas indexes and total compliance rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PaO_(2) in the experimental group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PaCO_(2) in the experimental group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV1)and the percentage of forced expiratory volume in first second in forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of non-invasive mechanical ventilation in the rescue and treatment of critical asthma patients h
