摘 要:目的研究探讨早期盆底康复器训练与生物反馈电刺激共同治疗对产后盆底肌功能障碍患者血清瘦素水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月~2020年1月江西省九江市妇幼保健院收治的80例产后盆底功能障碍患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。研究组患者采用早期盆底康复器训练与生物反馈电刺激共同治疗,对照组患者采用早期盆底康复器训练治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的肌力分级情况、血清瘦素水平与治疗总有效率。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的血清瘦素比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、2、3个月,研究组患者的血清瘦素低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的肌力分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的肌力分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期盆底康复器训练与生物反馈电刺激共同治疗,能改善产后盆底肌功能障碍患者的盆底肌力,降低血清瘦素水平,提高治疗有效率。Objective To study and explore the effect of early pelvic floor rehabilitation device training and biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy on serum leptin level in patients with postpartum pelvic floor muscle dysfunction.Methods A total of 80 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction in Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to the random number table method.Study group was given early pelvic floor rehabilitation device training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy,and control group was treated with early pelvic floor rehabilitation device training.The muscle strength classification,serum leptin level and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum leptin between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1,2 and 3 months after treatment,the serum leptin levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in muscle strength grading between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the muscle strength grading in the study group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early pelvic floor rehabilitation device training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation can improve the pelvic floor muscle strength of patients with postpartum pelvic floor muscle dysfunction,reduce serum leptin level,and improve treatment efficiency.
