康复新液联用金喉健治疗手足口病的口腔疱疹的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨分析康复新液联用金喉健治疗手足口病的口腔疱疹的效果。方法选取2019年4月~2020年4月清远市人民医院收治的50例手足口病的口腔疱疹患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(20例)与研究组(30例),对照组采用金喉健治疗,研究组采用金喉健联合康复新液治疗。比较两组的疗效、口腔疱疹愈合时间及进食恢复正常时间。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组口腔疱疹愈合时间及进食恢复正常时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予手足口病的口腔疱疹患儿使用金喉健联合康复新液治疗,可显著提高有效率,缩短口腔疱疹的愈合时间。Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Jinhoujian in the treatment of oral herpes of hand-feet-mouth disease.Methods A total of 50 children with oral herpes from hand-feet-mouth disease admitted to Qingyuan People′s Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(20 cases)and study group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Jinhoujian treatment,while the research group was given Jinhoujian combined with Kangfuxin Liquid treatment.The curative effect,healing time of oral herpes and normal eating time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average healing time of oral herpes in the study group and the time to return to normal eating were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Jinhoujian and Kangfuxin Liquid can significantly improve the effective rate and shorten the healing time of oral herpes in children with hand-foot-mouth disease.
