全程护理干预在心脏介入术中并发急性心包填塞患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨全程护理干预在心脏介入术中并发急性心包填塞患者的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年12月南昌大学第二附属医院治疗的56例心脏介入术中并发急性心包填塞患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法将其分为参照组和护理组,每组各28例。参照组采用常规护理,护理组采用全程护理干预。比较两组的术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、医疗费用、护理有效率。结果护理组的术中出血量少于参照组,护理组的医疗费用低于参照组,护理组的手术时间、住院时间短于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理组的护理总有效率为96.43%,高于参照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏介入术中并发急性心包填塞全程护理干预能减少术中出血量,手术可顺利进行,术后患者更快康复,具有临床实施意义,临床可优先选择。Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course nursing intervention in patients with acute pericardial tamponade during cardiac intervention.Methods A total of 56 patients with acute pericardial tamponade during cardiac intervention in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the reference group and the nursing group by lottery,28 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group received conventional nursing.In the nursing group,whole-course nursing intervention was used.The amount of intraoperative blood loss,the time of operation,hospital stay,hospitalization cost,and nursing effectiveness rate were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss of the nursing group was less than that in the reference group,the hospitalization cost in the nursing group was lower than that in the reference group,and the time of operation and the hospital stay of the nursing group were shorter than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing effectiveness rate of the nursing group was 96.43%,higher than that of the reference group accounting for 75.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course nursing intervention during cardiac intervention with acute cardiac tamponade can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss.The operation can be performed smoothly,and the patients can recover fast after operation,which has clinical significance and can be preferred.
