家庭式康复模拟病房在脑卒中患者居家护理体系中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨家庭式康复模拟病房在脑卒中后患者居家康复护理中的影响。方法选取2018年12月~2019年12月就诊于山西省针灸医院并处于恢复期的60例脑卒中患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规护理和出院后随访,观察组在对照组的基础上出院前1~2周患者居住于家庭式康复模拟病房,并为其制定个性化居家康复训练方案,比较干预前、出院4、12周后患者自我效能量表和Barthel指数评定量表得分并进行统计分析。结果干预前两组的自我效能量表和Barthel指数评定量表评分各评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院4、12周后观察组各时间段自我效能量表和Barthel指数评定量表评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭式康复模拟病房能有效地提高居家护理脑卒中患者自我康复效能和日常生活活动能力,保证康复治疗的连续性,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of family-style rehabilitation simulation wards in home rehabilitation nursing for patients after stroke.Methods A total of 60 stroke patients who were in the recovery period in Shanxi Provincial Acupuncture Hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care and follow-up after discharge.On the basis of the control group,the observation group lived in a family-style rehabilitation simulation ward 1-2 weeks before discharge,and developed a personalized home rehabilitation training program for stroke patients.Before the intervention and 4 weeks after discharge,after 12 weeks,the patient′s self-efficacy energy scale and Barthel index rating scale score were compared.Results Before the intervention,there were no difference in the scores of the two groups of patients on the self-efficacy scale and the Barthel index rating scale.4 weeks after discharge and 12 weeks after the observation group,the self-efficacy scale and the Barthel index rating scale scored at each time period were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family rehabilitation simulation ward can effectively improve the self-rehabilitation efficiency and activities of daily living of stroke patients in home care,ensure the continuity of rehabilitation treatment,and improve the quality of life of patients.
