摘　　要：目的探讨集中护理模式对于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者吸入制剂使用正确率、肺功能的影响。方法选取抚州市第一人民医院2019年5月与2020年4月收治的200名老年COPD患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(100例)与对照组(100例),观察组采用集中护理方法,对照组采用常规护理方法,比较两组的肺功能指标、吸入制剂使用正确率改善情况。结果观察组护理后的肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气量(FEV_(1))及FEV_(1)/FVC低于护理前,且护理后观察组的FVC、FEV_(1)及FEV_(1)/FVC均低于对照组;观察组护理后的吸入剂使用评分与吸入剂使用正确率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对老年COPD患者实施集中护理,大大改善了其吸入制剂使用正确率及肺功能,促进了患者的康复,值得将该模式进行临床推广。Objective To investigate the effects of intensive nursing mode on the accuracy of inhalation dosage and lung function in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 200 elderly patients with COPD admitted to the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou in May 2019 and April 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group(100 cases)and control group(100 cases)according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with centralized nursing method,while the control group was treated with routine nursing method.The improvement of lung function indexes and the correct rate of inhalation preparation were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1))and FEV_(1)/FVC of observation group were lower than those of before nursing,and the FVC,FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)/FVC of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of inhalant use and the correct rate of inhalant use in observation group were higher than those in control group after nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the implementation of centralized nursing for elderly COPD patients,the accuracy of inhalation dosage and lung function have been greatly improved,and the recovery of patients has been promoted,which is worthy of clinical promotion of this model.
