粤港澳大湾区建设背景下香港青年赴粤发展意愿的实证分析

摘　　要：粤港澳大湾区的建设发展为广大香港青年的自身发展提供了难得的机遇和广阔的平台。香港青年赴粤发展,能够促进大湾区的建设和发展,同时能够增强香港青年的国家认同。通过实证分析发现,当前香港青年在大湾区建设的背景下赴粤发展意愿强烈,但也存在不少阻碍因素,本文针对具体问题提出了应对策略。The construction and development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area provide precious opportunities and offer a broad platform for Hong Kong youth.Hong Kong youth go to Guangdong for employment can speed up the construction and development of the Greater Bay Area and at the same time enhance the national identity of Hong Kong youth.Through empirical analysis,it is found that currently Hong Kong youth are willing to go to Guangdong for employment in the context of the construction of the Greater Bay Area,but there are also many obstacles.This article proposes countermeasures for specific problems.
