摘  要:采用聚丙烯酸-羧基乙烯共聚物(KB-U)对硅酸镁铝进行表面改性,研究改性pH值及改性剂用量对硅酸镁铝片层结构、流变性能的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)仪、热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)仪、扫描电镜(SEM)分析改性对硅酸镁铝结构的影响,采用流变仪分析改性对硅酸镁铝流变性能的影响。结果表明,KB-U未能插层进入硅酸镁铝层间,而是以均匀共混状态存在,其与硅酸镁铝表面存在化学键结合。改性pH值和KB-U用量对硅酸镁铝试样流变性能均有影响,其中kB-U用量的影响更大。当改性pH值为8,KB-U用量为10%时,DL-10%KB样品的流变性能最佳。In this paper,the surface of magnesium aluminum silicate was modified by KB-U,and the effects of pH value and modifier dosage on the structure and rheological properties of magnesium aluminum silicate were studied.The effect of modification on the structure of magnesium aluminum silicate was analyzed by XRD,TG-DTA and SEM.The effect of modification on the rheological properties of magnesium aluminum silicate was analyzed by rheometer.The results showed that KB-U could not be intercalated into the interlayer of magnesium aluminum silicate,but existed in a uniform blending state,and there was a chemical bond between KB-U and the surface of magnesium aluminum silicate.The pH value and the amount of KB-U in the modification process had influence on the rheological properties of magnesium aluminum silicate samples,and among which the content of KB-U had a greater influence.Under the modification conditions of pH value of 8,KB-U amount of 10%,the rheological properties of the sample are the best.
