摘 要:以钢渣为原料进行改性,取某河流水样对改性前后钢渣进行吸附性能比较,采用配制模拟水样为对象,研究了粒径、初始磷质量浓度、吸附时间对改性钢渣吸附性能的影响。结果表明,改性钢渣对磷含量2~12 mg/L的模拟水样中磷去除率可达90%以上,对磷含量20~400 mg/L的模拟水样中磷去除率可达50%以上;选用粒径3~5 mm的改性钢渣作为吸附剂,在投加量为200 mg/L,吸附时间为60 min,振荡频率为150 r/min的条件下,吸附除磷效果最佳;吸附时间在10 min以内,改性钢渣对总磷(TP)为6 mg/L的模拟水样中磷的吸附属于瞬时吸附,吸附效率达98%,10~30 min吸附性能下降,30~60 min吸附性能逐渐上升并趋于平衡;改性钢渣重复吸附15次其吸附率均在80%以上。In this paper,steel slag was modified as raw material,and the adsorption performance of steel slag before and after modification was compared by treating water sample from a river.The simulated water sample was used as the experimental object to study the effects of steel slag particle size,initial phosphorus concentration and adsorption time on the adsorption performance of modified steel slag.The results showed that the phosphorus removal efficiency in the simulated water sample with phosphorus content of 2-12 mg/L by the modified steel slag reached more than 90%,and the phosphorus removal efficiency in the simulated water sample with phosphorus content of 20-400 mg/L reached more than 50%.Modified steel slag with particle size of 3-5 mm was selected as the adsorbent,and the best phosphorus removal effect was obtained under the conditions dosage of 200 mg/L,adsorption time of 60 min and oscillation frequency of 150 r/min.The adsorption of phosphorus by modified steel slag in the simulated water sample with TP concentration of 6 mg/L was instantaneous within 10 min,and the adsorption efficiency reached 98%.The adsorption performance decreased in 10-30 min and increased in 30-60 min then gradually reached equilibrium.The adsorption rate of modified steel slag was above 80%after 15 repeated adsorption cycles.
