应用动态骨牵引外架治疗近指间关节僵硬的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察并评价动态骨牵引外架治疗近指间关节(PIPJ)僵硬的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月-2020年1月收治的近指间关节(PIPJ)僵硬患者50例,采用随机分组法分成两组,对照组(25例)采用常规的康复治疗方法,观察组(25例)在此康复理疗基础上加用动态骨牵引外架治疗,8周后比较两组的PIPJ活动度、TAM评分以及患者的满意度。结果治疗前PIPJ活动度、TAM评级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组PIPJ活动度优于对照组,观察组TAM评级优于对照组,观察组满意度高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动态骨牵引外架治疗近指间关节(PIPJ)僵硬行之有效、操作简便、效果确切,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of dynamic bone traction external frame in the treatment of proximal interphalangeal joint(PIPJ)stiffness.Methods Fifty patients with PIPJ stiffness who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(25 cases)was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group(25 cases)was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy combined with dynamic bone traction external frame treatment After 8 weeks,PIPJ activity,TAM score and patient satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in pipj activity and TAM rating before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the PIPJ activity of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the TAM rating of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic bone traction external frame is effective,simple and effective in the treatment of PIPJ stiffness,which is worthy of clinical application.
