摘　　要：目的探讨将旋髂浅动脉穿支带蒂皮瓣制成管状修复单指毁损伤的疗效。方法2011年6月-2019年5月,根据单指毁损伤的皮肤缺损面积、形状、残余指骨长度,将旋髂浅动脉穿支带蒂皮瓣制成管状修复14例(14指),均经手术一期修复,皮瓣切取范围6.0 cm×6.0 cm~7.0 cm×12.0 cm,供瓣区均直接缝合。结果术后14指皮瓣均成活良好,术后18 d断蒂,供瓣区一期愈合良好,术后随访9~24个月,患指外形不臃肿、质地优良,外观及功能患者满意。结论旋髂浅动脉穿支皮瓣制成管状带蒂皮瓣修复单指毁损伤,手术方式简单,皮瓣成活率高,手指外观满意,可恢复患指的部分功能,是修复单指毁损伤可行的方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of tubular superficial circumflex ilial artery perforator flap in the repair of destructive injury of single finger.Methods According to the area、shape of skin defect and the length of residual phalanx,superficial circumflex ilial artery perforator flap were maded into tubular to repair the destructive injury of single finger in patients(14 fingers).Flap sizes ranged from 6.0 cm×6.0 cm to 7.0 cm×12.0 cm.All of the domor sites were given direct suture.Results Flaps survived in all 14 cases,and pedicles detached 18 days after operation.The wound surface of doner sites achieved primary healing.The apperrance was not bloated and the function was satisfactory after follow-up for 9 to 24months.Conclusion Tubular superficial circumflex ilial artery perforator flap is an easy、safe and practical method,which results in satisfactory appearance and function in the rapair of destructive injury of single finger.
