摘  要:黏土心墙堆石坝特殊部位防渗施工是保证坝体安全的关键工序和难点问题,具有施工作业面小、工序多、难度大、质量要求高等特点,如不采取适当有效的措施,一旦形成渗流通道,甚至会导致坝体的整体破坏。为了获得特殊部位施工工艺参数,通过对现场土料的物理性能、压实度、沉降和垂直渗透等试验结果进行分析,得出防渗体土料碾压遍数、摊铺厚度、含水率等施工参数。根据确定的施工参数,并结合现场施工实际情况,采取了优化施工参数、调整施工机具和改进施工工艺等措施,有效地解决了特殊部位防渗施工难题。电站运行情况表明,根据上述参数和措施进行的防渗施工,效果良好,坝体结构得到了有效保护。The anti-seepage construction of special parts of clay core rockfill dam is the key process and difficult problem to ensure the dam safety.It has the characteristics of small construction face,many processes,great difficulty and high quality requirements.If appropriate and effective measures are not taken,once the seepage channel is formed,it will even lead to the overall damage of the dam.In order to obtain the const ruction process parameters of the special parts,through the analysis of the test results of the physical properties,compactness,settlement and vertical permeability of the on-site soil materials,the construction parameters such as the rolling times,paving thickness and moisture content of the impervious body soil materials are obtained.According to the determined construction parameters and combined with the actual situation of the site construction,the measures such as optimizing the construction parameters,adjusting the construction machines and tools and improving the construction technology are taken to effectively solve the anti-seepage construction problems of special parts.The operation of the power station shows that the anti-seepage construction based on the above parameters and measures has good effect,and the dam structure has been effectively protected.
