摘  要:结合碾压混凝土筑坝技术和工程实际施工条件,通过合理分层分区、优化施工布置、严格温控措施等手段,并根据施工部位和天气时段适当改变碾压层厚,采用斜层平摊碾压方式,确保碾压混凝土的快速施工。施工实践表明:调整层厚明显加快了施工速度,有效减少层缝,提高了坝体防渗、抗剪和整体性能。Combined with the dam construction technology of roller compacted concrete and the actual construction conditions of the project,by means of reasonable layering and zoning,optimized construction layout,strict temperature control measures,and according to the construction site and weather period,the thickness of the roller compacted layer is appropriately changed,and the inclined layer flat rolling method is adopted to ensure the rapid construction of roller compacted concrete.The construction practice shows that the adjustment of layer thickness significantly accelerates the construction speed,effectively reduces the layer cracks,and improves the seepage prevention,shear resistance and overall performance of the dam body.
