摘  要:通常采用温控措施和改善混凝土性能等来防止薄壁混凝土出现裂缝,但在混凝土施工中裂缝是不可避免的。而作为心墙堆石坝核心的心墙垫层混凝土,既是灌浆盖板,又是防止心墙防渗土料流失的屏障,因此,混凝土裂缝的处理十分关键。以某水电站为例,笔者阐述了大坝心墙垫层及廊道混凝土裂缝产生的原因,提出了裂缝处理的原则和方法,介绍了采用化学灌浆法时灌浆材料的选择和主要性能,以及裂缝处理的施工工艺。监测结果表明,该裂缝处理措施实施的效果良好,为类似工程提供一定的参考。Generally,temperature control measures and improvement of concrete performance are used to prevent cracks in thin-walled concrete,but cracks are inevitable in concrete construction.As the core of the core wall rockfill dam,the core cushion concrete is not only a grouting cover,but also a barrier to prevent the loss of impervious soil materials.Therefore,the treatment of concrete cracks is very important.Taking a hydropower station as an example,this paper expounds the causes of concrete cracks in the cushion and gallery of dam core wall,puts forward the principles and methods of crack treatment,and introduces the selection and main performance of grouting materials when chemical grouting method is adopted,as well as the construction technology of crack treatment.The monitoring results show that the effect of the crack treatment measures is good,which provides a certain reference for similar projects.
