摘　　要：苗尾水电站溢洪道控制段混凝土工程是电站的关键性控制工程,施工工期紧,施工条件差,质量标准要求高,因此,采取科学的施工技术至关重要。控制段溢流堰采用长臂反铲挖掘机辅助门机入仓,台阶法浇筑施工;闸墩采用门机辅助皮带机入仓,台阶法浇筑施工;闸室溢流面采用皮带机入仓,无轨滑模浇筑施工。通过以上施工技术,控制段混凝土工程提前1个月完成施工,施工质量达到优良水平,同时为金属结构安装预留足够的工期,也为实现电站安全度汛和下闸蓄水创造了必要条件。施工经验值得同类工程借鉴。The concrete project of spillway control section of Miaowei Hydropower Station is the key control project of the hydropower station.The construction period is tight,the construction conditions are poor,and the quality standards are high.Therefore,it is essential to adopt scientific construction technology.The concrete of the overflow weir in the control section is transported into the storehouse surface by the gantry crane assisted by the backhoe of long arm excavator,and poured by bench method;The concrete of the pier is transported into the storehouse surface by the belt conveyor assisted by the gantry crane,and poured by bench method;The concrete on the overflow surface of the lock chamber is transported into the storehouse surface by belt conveyor and poured by trackless slip form.Through the above construction technology,the concrete construction of the control section is completed one month ahead of schedule,and the construction quality reaches the excellent level.At the same time,sufficient construction period is reserved for the metal structure installation,which also creates the necessary conditions for the safe flood season and reservoir impoundment of the power station.Construction experience is worth learning from similar projects.
