摘  要:为解决进水塔施工存在的问题,笔者通过分析模板规划应用、钢筋制作工艺、混凝土入仓技术,根据猴子岩水电站导流洞的特点并结合国内施工经验,提出对塔体混凝土采用大型组合钢模板、浇筑采用汽车泵入仓、胸墙采用高支撑架模板支撑系统的施工方式,减少了施工干扰,解决了混凝土浇筑进度、外观质量管控难以及均质性、密实性差的问题。钻孔取芯和压水试验结果表明:混凝土表面平整、光洁;密实度良好、层间结合密实;均质性和抗渗性等符合设计要求。该工艺可为类似工程施工提供参考。In order to solve the problems existing in the construction of the intake tower,through the analysis of the formwork planning and application,the steel bar production process,and the concrete warehousing technology,according to the characteristics of diversion tunnel of Houziyan Hydropower Station and combined with the domestic construction experience,it is proposed that the large-scale composite steel formwork should be used for the concrete of the tower body,the automobile pump should be used for the pouring,and the high support frame formwork support system should be used for the chest wall,so as to reduce the construction interference,and solve the problems of difficult control of the concrete pouring progress and appearance quality,and poor homogeneity and compactness.The results of core drilling and water pressure test show that the concrete surface is smooth and smooth;Good compactness,dense interlayer bonding;Homogeneity and impermeability meet the design requirements.The process can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
