摘  要:血管在骨的生长发育、重建和修复过程中起重要作用.近年来新发现的H型血管是一种同时高表达血小板内皮细胞黏附分子(platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1,PECAM-1/CD31)及内皮黏蛋白(endomucin,Emcn)的微毛细血管,它特异性分布于长骨干骺端和骨内膜,除了基本的管道运输功能,还具有血管新生、调节骨祖细胞活性、促进骨形成等功能.H型血管的表达受多种因素调控,包括缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)、NOTCH信号通路、血小板起源生长因子BB(platelet de-rived growth factor-BB,PDGF-BB)和狭缝引导配体3(slit guidance ligand 3,SLIT3)等.最新研究提示H型血管与骨质疏松、骨关节炎、骨损伤修复、骨坏死以及骨转移瘤等骨相关疾病的发生发展密切相关.Angiogenesis plays an important role in the growth,reconstruction and remodeling of bone.Type H vessel is a kind of micro capillaries with high expression of platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1(PECAM-1/CD31)and endomucin(Emcn)at the same time.It is specifically distributed in the epiphysis and endosteum of long bone.In addition to the basic conduit transportation function,H-type vessel participates in angiogenesis,and regulating the activity of osteoprogenitor cells and promoting bone formation.The expression of H-type vessels is regulated by many factors,including hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),NOTCH signaling pathway,platelet derived growth factor-BB(PDGF-BB),and Slit guidance ligand 3(SLIT3),etc.Recent studies suggested that the pathological changes of H-type vessels are closely related to the occurrence and development of bone related diseases such as osteoporosis,osteoarthritis,repair of bone injury,osteonecrosis,and bone metastases.
