皮部经筋推拿术及肌筋膜松弛术治疗项痹病的临证应用

摘　　要：项痹病是一种常见的颈椎退行性疾病,该病逐渐趋于年轻化,且该病患者大多愿意选择保守治疗,而中医的推拿技术在对此类疾病的治疗中备受推崇。了解中医皮部经筋与西医肌筋膜线理论,总结二者关系,将皮部经筋推拿术与肌筋膜松弛术进行有机结合,为项痹病的临床治疗提供新的治疗方法并应用于临床,收效甚佳。Xiangbi disease is a common cervical degenerative disease,which tends to be younger,and most of the patients are willing to choose conservative treatment,and the massage technology of traditional Chinese medicine is highly praised in the treatment of this kind of disease.Objective to understand the theory of skin meridian and muscle fascial line in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,summarize the relationship between the two,organically combine the massage technique of skin meridian and the myofascial release manual relaxation,provide a new treatment method for the clinical treatment of Xiangbi disease,and apply it to clinical practice,and the effect is fair.
