林纸一体化绿色供应链利益分配系统动力学仿真分析

摘　　要：为促进林纸一体化的产业与生态共生发展及其价值增值,构建林纸绿色供应链利益分配系统动力学模型,利用系统动力学方法建立相关因果关系图和系统存量流量图并进行仿真分析。结果证明造林是林纸绿色供应链利益分配的关键环节,而营林主体收入是其关键影响变量,营林主体收入决定森林培育投入的多少,森林培育环节投入多寡影响造林面积的增减,而造林面积影响工业原料的供应量,从而影响林纸绿色供应链上物流、信息流的流动性及其价值的增值;而提高原材料价格和营林主体分配新增收益都可以非常有效地提高营林主体收入以及增加造林面积和共同受益等。根据分析结论,提出扶持营林主体、加大森林培育投入,合理调整原材料价格和营林企业的新增收益,以及制定公平合理的利益分配方案等对策建议,以保障林纸绿色供应链良性发展及其整体和个体利益的实现。In order to promote the symbiotic development and value-added of industry and ecology in forestry-paper integration,this paper constructs a system dynamics model of benefit distribution in forestry-paper green supply chain,and establishes the relevant causality diagram and system stock flow diagram by using the system dynamics method.The results show that afforestation is the key link of profit distribution in the forest-paper green supply chain,and the revenue of forest enterprises is the key influencing variable,and the revenue of forest enterprises determines the amount of forest cultivation investment,and the investment in forest cultivation affects the increase or decrease of afforestation area,while the afforestation area affects the supply of industrial raw materials,thus affecting the material flow,the information flow and the value added of the forest-paper green supply chain;in addition,the increasing of raw material price and the distribution of new income of forest management enterprises can effectively improve the revenue of forest management enterprises,and increase the afforestation area and common benefits.According to the analysis conclusion,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as supporting forest enterprises,increasing forest cultivation investment,reasonably adjusting raw material prices and new revenue of forest enterprises,and formulating fair and reasonable benefit distribution plan,so as to ensure the benign development of forest-paper green supply chain and the realization of the overall and individual interests.
