摘 要:针对缺乏对城市地下物流系统(underground logistics system,ULS)在市场环境下的运营状况进行研究的问题,引入"ULS服务运营商"的概念分析ULS服务供应链的运作流程,即ULS服务运营商承接第三方物流服务企业和生产企业的物流外包业务以及普通客户的物流服务需求,通过运营平台统一调度、分配服务资源,实现城市物流的集成、共同配送以及服务流程的自动化;进一步利用赋时着色Petri网理论构建基于城市ULS的服务供应链Petri网模型,考察该服务供应链运作流程的可靠性和效率,并根据仿真数据对模型的运作方式和性能进行分析,以期为ULS在市场化环境下运营模式及运作流程的研究提供建模仿真思路参考。结果表明:该模型具备可靠性,符合设计预期;由仿真结果得到的各流程运作耗时情况以及服务供应链整体运作时间性能可知,售后服务、负责ULS终端分流的配送服务供应商和仓储服务供应商对城市ULS服务供应链整体的服务效率有较大影响,是供应链整体效率提升过程中需要关注的对象。For the lack of research on the operation status of the urban underground logistics system(ULS)in the market environment,this paper introduces the concept of"ULS service operator"to analyze the operating process of the ULS service supply chain,that is,ULS service operators undertake the logistics outsourcing business of third-party logistics service enterprises and production enterprises as well as the logistics service needs of ordinary customers,and dispatch and distribute service resources uniformly,and realize the integration of urban logistics,joint distribution and automation of service process through the service platform.The paper further builds the Petri network model of service supply chain based on urban ULS by using the colored Petri network theory,investigates the reliability and efficiency of the service supply chain operation process,analyzes the operation mode and performance according to simulation data,in order to provide a reference for modeling and simulation ideas of ULS in market environment.The results show that the model is reliable and meets the design expectations;according to the time consumption of the process and the overall service supply chain operating time performance obtained from the simulation results,the after-sales service,distribution service suppliers and storage service suppliers responsible for the diversion of ULS terminal have a great impact on the overall service efficiency of the urban ULS service supply chain,they are the objects that need to pay attention in the process of improving the overall efficiency of the supply chain.
