摘　　要：通过查阅近年运用功能磁共振成像技术探讨抑郁症诊断及针刺治疗疗效等方面的研究,从不同的针刺和成像方法对文献进行筛选、归纳、总结,认为针刺对于抑郁症的治疗作用明确,能够明显改善焦虑、睡眠障碍和躯体化症状等。功能磁共振成像技术从脑微观结构及内在功能对针刺治疗抑郁症的疗效进行多角度评价,体现出多模态磁共振成像技术在针刺中枢机制研究方面的优势。但针刺治疗抑郁症磁共振研究仍属少数,且多数采用单一成像方法选取结构或功能等某个方面进行探讨,仅通过结构或者功能角度均不能见到脑活动的全貌及磁共振多模态的优势。因此,运用多模态研究模式对于从多个途径研究针刺抗抑郁机制、结构和功能变化间的相互关系具有重大意义,能够全面的评价针刺疗效及分析其中枢机制。By referring to the recent studies on the diagnosis of depression and the therapeutic effect of acupuncture by using Functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)technique,the literature was screened,summarized and summarized from different acupuncture and imaging methods.It is believed that acupuncture has a clear therapeutic effect on depression and can significantly improve anxiety,sleep disorders and somatization symptoms.fMRI technique can evaluated the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on depression from the aspects of brain microstructure and internal function,which shows the advantages of multimodal MRI in the study of acupuncture central mechanism.However,there were still few researches on acupuncture treatment of depression on magnetic resonance,and most of them were using single imaging method to select a certain aspect such as structure or function for discussion,and the whole picture of brain activity and the advantages of multi-modal magnetic resonance were hardly be seen from these aspects.Therefore,it is of great significance to use the multimodal research model to study the relationship between the mechanism,structure and function changes of acupuncture anti-depression from multiple ways,and to comprehensively evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture and analyze its central mechanism.
