摘　　要：目的:系统评价复方青黛胶囊(丸)治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:计算机全面检索万方、中国知网、维普、Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase等数据库,收集相关随机对照试验文献,由2名专业人员进行筛选、数据提炼与交叉核查。运用RevMan 5.3对所提取数据进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入文献7篇,共涉及患者620例,Meta分析结果显示,试验组治疗总有效率显著优于对照组[OR=2.01,95%CI(1.41,2.85),P<0.0001],PASI评分显著低于对照组[MD=-1.76,95%CI(-2.70,-0.82),P<0.0003],不良反应报告不充分。结论:复方青黛胶囊(丸)治疗寻常型银屑病疗效确切,可提供循证医学证据以助临床决策。Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingdai Compound capsule(pill)in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:Wanfang,CNKI,VIP,Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMBASE and other databases were searched by computer to collect relevant randomized controlled trial literatures.Two professionals conducted research screening,data extraction and cross check independently.The Revman 5.3 was selected to analyze the extracted data.Results:There were 7 articles included in the literature,involving a total of 620 patients of research data.Meta analysis showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group[OR=2.01,95%CI(1.41,2.85),P<0.0001],PASI score was significantly lower than that of the control group[MD=-1.76,95%CI(-2.70,-0.82),P<0.0003],and adverse reactions were not fully reported.Conclusion:Qingdai Compound capsule(pill)is effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,which can provide evidence-based medicine to help clinical decision-making.
