《幼科发挥》用药规律及特点分析

摘　　要：目的:分析《幼科发挥》内服方剂的用药规律及特点,为儿科疾病的中医诊疗提供思路。方法:收集《幼科发挥》中记载的内服方剂,经筛选后录入中医传承辅助平台建立方剂数据库。对方剂中所用中药及其性味归经进行频数统计,应用关联规则分析组方规律,应用复杂系统熵聚类提取药物核心组合并进一步挖掘新方组合。结果:《幼科发挥》中209首内服方剂共使用中药220味,出现总频数为1745,以苦温、归脾胃经的药物为主。关联规则分析得出组方规律的药物模式25个,常用药物9味,药物组合关联规则10个。复杂系统熵聚类分析得出核心药物组合12个,新方组合6个。结论:通过数据挖掘的初步分析,表明万全治疗儿科疾病时具有平和折衷的用药特点,尤为重视对脾胃的调理。Objective:To analyze the rules and characteristics of drugs used of oral prescriptions in Youke Fahui and provide ideas for diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diseases with TCM.Methods:The oral prescriptions recorded in Youke Fahui were collected and entered into the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance after screening to establish the prescription database.The frequency of traditional Chinese medicine and its nature,taste and meridian were counted.Association rules were used to analyze the rules of prescription composition.Complex system entropy clustering was used to extract core drug combinations and further explore new prescription combinations.Results:There are totally 220 Chinese herbal medicines used in 209 oral prescriptions in Youke Fahui,with a total frequency of 1745 times.The drugs that are bitter,warm and belong to the spleen and stomach meridian are the main ones.According to the analysis of association rules,there are 25 drug patterns,9 commonly used drugs and 10 drug combination association rules.Complex system entropy cluster analysis showed that there were 12 core drug combinations and 6 new prescription combinations.Conclusion:Through the preliminary analysis of data mining,it shows that WAN Quan has the characteristics of moderate medication in the treatment of pediatric diseases,especially in the regulation of spleen and stomach.
