河南省民办高校融资困境及对策研究

摘　　要：根据准公共产品理论、教育成本分担理论等民办高校融资相关理论,分析河南省民办高校融资存在的困境及其原因,并借鉴美国、日本私立大学融资经验,从民办高校自身、政府、社会三方面提出对策建议,以期拓宽河南省民办高校融资渠道,缓解其资金压力,推动我国民办高等教育持续、健康发展。According to quasi-public products theory,education cost sharing theory and other related financing theories of private colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the financing difficulties of private colleges and universities in Henan Province and the reasons.Drawing on the financing experience of private universities in America and Japan,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects of private colleges and universities,government and society,hoping to broaden the financing channels of private colleges and universities in Henan Province,relieve the pressure of funds,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of private higher education in our country.
