摘　　要：近年来"两化融合"成为卷烟制造业领域新的研究热点。但对卷烟制造业企业来说新技术新模式应用到实际生产中有一定困难和风险。如何保证在不影响现有生产系统的前提下进行生产系统及数据的进一步开发就成了烟草企业有待探索解决的问题。针对以上问题,将成熟开源的网络开发框架及技术应用到制丝原料管理过程中,以生产数据流为核心,在保证现有系统稳定的前提下,实现跨工序数据协同,提高了制丝车间信息化水平。In recent years,the integration of informatization and industrialization has become a hot research topic in the field of tobacco/cigarette manufacturing industry.However,implementating these new technologies and patterns to the practical product manufacturing exists certain difficulties and risks for tobacco/cigarette industry enterprises.Therefore,how to further develop the production system as well as its data without affecting the existing production systems is a critical problem to be solved for the tobacco enterprises.To address this problem,this paper implements the mature and open source internet development frameworks and technologies to the management process of tobacco Raw-Material following the core of data stream.On the premise of maintaining the stability of the existing systems,it achieves data collaboration across different working procedures and improves the informatization level of the tobacco workshop.
