摘　　要：采用KingView工控组态软件制作人机交互界面,通过PLC控制腌制罐内压力的脉动变化和腌制液温度的恒定,构成咸鸭蛋快速腌制自动化控制系统,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率,具有推广价值和经济效益。The KingView is used to make the man-machine interface,and the PLC is used to control the fluctuation of the pressure in the pickle jar and the constant temperature of the pickle liquid,which constitutes the quick pickle automatic control system of salted duck eggs,reduces the labor intensity,improves the production efficiency,and has the promotion value and the economic benefit.
