以科技开放为视角推动云南省绿色能源发展

摘　　要：以开放促科技、以科技促发展、以发展再促开放的绿色创新这种产业动态化累积循环发展格局,是云南省着力打造“世界一流绿色能源牌”的关键。因此,云南省现阶段应重视的领域有:第一,打造绿色创新链,成立云南省绿色能源学院,搭建绿色能源研发科创平台体系;第二,构建绿色人才链,成立云南省绿色能源产业职业教育联盟,搭建绿色能源人才支撑平台;第三,打通绿色产业链,建立绿色能源产学研用大联盟,搭建绿色能源孵化示范平台。最终形成产业链、人才链、创新链协同发展实现绿色能源价值链,构建以绿色能源奠基的云南省现代化产业体系。Green innovation,which promotes science and technology through opening up,development through science and technology,and development through opening up,is the key for Yunnan Province to build a“world-class green energy brand”.Therefore,Yunnan Province should pay attention to the following areas at this stage:first,build a green innovation chain,establish Yunnan Green Energy Institute,and build a green energy research and development platform system;second,build a green talent chain,establish Yunnan Green Energy Industry Vocational Education Alliance,and build a green energy talent support platform;third,we should open up the green industry chain,establish a green energy industry university research alliance,and build a green energy incubation demonstration platform.Finally,the coordinated development of industrial chain,talent chain and innovation chain will be formed to realize the value chain of green energy and build a modern industrial system of Yunnan Province Based on green energy.
