摘 要:目的探讨近半年体能训练后胫距关节软骨磁共振T2值的变化。材料与方法分别选择年龄段为20~25岁的30名部队青年战士为试验组及健康青年志愿者作为对照组,在同等状态下进行T2-mapping序列扫描,将胫距关节先划分为内、中、外3个区域,每个区域再各自分为前、中、后3个区域,共9个区域,比较试验组与对照组各区域T2值的变化,并分析试验组各区域T2值变化的差异。结果试验组与对照组最终分别收集23名男性受试者试验数据纳入统计学分析,试验组受试者平均年龄(22.00±1.86)岁,平均体重(67.04±5.31)kg,对照组受试者平均年龄(21.87±1.22)岁,平均体重(58.43±8.28)kg,试验组各区域T2平均值均高于对照组相应区域T2平均值(P<0.05);试验组胫距关节后部关节软骨T2值与前部关节软骨T2值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MR T2-mapping序列检查可无创定量分析部队战士长期体能训练后胫距关节软骨成分的早期变化,胫距关节后部软骨更容易发生软骨微观结构的改变,对科学训练计划的制定具有一定参考价值。Objective:To investigate the changes of T2 value of tibial talar joint cartilage after physical training in recent half a year.Materials and Methods:Thirty young soldiers aged from 20 to 25 years were selected as the experimental group and healthy young volunteers as the control group.Under the same condition,T2 mapping sequence scanning was performed.The tibiotalar joint was divided into three regions:medial,middle and lateral,and each region was divided into three regions:the front,the middle and the rear,9 areas in total.The changes of T2 values in each region of the experimental group and the control group were compared,and the differences of T2 values in each region of the experimental group were analyzed.Results:The experimental data of 23 male subjects in the experimental group and the control group were collected for statistical analysis.The average age of the experimental group was(22.00±1.86)years old and the average weight was(67.04±5.31)kg.The average age of the control group was(21.87±1.22)years old and the average weight was(58.43±8.28)kg.The average value of T2 in each region of the experimental group was higher than that of the corresponding region of the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in T2 value between the posterior articular cartilage and the anterior articular cartilage in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusions:MR T2 mapping sequence can be used to quantitatively analyze the early changes of cartilage composition in the tibiotalar joint after long-term physical training,and the cartilage microstructure of posterior tibiotalar joint is more prone to change.It has a certain reference value for the formulation of scientific training plan.
