摘　　要：选择财务净现值、财务内部收益率和投资利润率等作为经济指标,对大叶栎(Castanopsis fissa)人工林进行经济效益分析与评价,以期为大叶栎人工林的合理经营提供科学依据。结果表明,14年生大叶栎人工林造林项目总收入为62384.00元/hm2,财务净现值为10245.41元/hm2,财务内部收益率为16.33%,年均投资利润率为15.13%,动态投资回收期为13.41年。敏感性分析表明,本项目有较强抵御市场风险的能力,对项目投资的影响程度为木材价格>投资成本>单位出材量。序列收益分析表明,项目造林从第10年开始盈利,且大叶栎人工林的经济成熟期应在14年后。Based on financial net present value(FNVP),financial internal rate of return(FIRR)and return on investment and so on,economic benefits of Castanopsis fissa plantation were analyzed and evaluated in order to provide scientific basis for management of C.fissa plantation.Results showed that total income of 14-year-old C.fissa plantation afforestation project was 62384.00 yuan/hm^(2).FNVP was 10245.41 yuan/hm^(2).FIRR was 16.33%.Annual return on investment was 15.13%.Dynamic payback period was 13.41 a.Sensitivity analysis showed that the project had stronger anti-risk ability for market,and the order of impacts on the project investment was timber price>investment cost>unit output.Sequence income analysis showed that the project could be profitable from the 10th year,and economic maturity of C.fissa plantation should be after 14 years.
