摘 要:为筛选得油率和柏木醇含量高的杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)种质,对25年生杉木不同部位和不同单株根精油进行提取,采用GC和GC-MS法对提取的精油进行定性和定量分析。结果表明,杉木不同部位根精油的得油率和柏木醇含量差异较大,精油几乎全部集中在心材部位,在以含油量为目标进行品种选育时,应采用心材得油率为主要参考指标;不同单株根精油的得油率和柏木醇含量差异也较大,根精油的绝干得油率和柏木醇含量最大可相差7.71和8.94倍,在资源丰富的杉木群体中筛选出含油率和柏木醇含量高的品系存在可能。In order to select Cunninghamia lanceolata germplasm with high oil yield and cedrol content,essential oils were extracted from different parts and individuals of 25-year-old C.lanceolata roots,which were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by GC and GC-MS.Results showed that oil yield and cedrol content in essential oils from different parts of roots were obviously different,which were almost completely concentrated in heartwood.If oil content was the target of variety breeding,oil yield of heartwood should be selected as main reference index.There were also significant differences in oil yield and cedrol content of essential oils from roots of different individuals.The largest differences of absolute dry oil yield and cedrol content was 7.71 and 8.94 times.It was possible to select varieties with high oil yield and cedrol content in resourceful C.lanceolata population.
