汽车产业跨地域创新网络何以推进?——基于北京汽车产业共有发明专利的分析  

How to Promote the Cross-Region Innovation Network of Automobile Industries?——Based on the Analysis of Joint Patents of Beijing Automobile Industry

摘　　要：为揭示汽车产业跨地域创新网络推进过程,利用社会网络分析法对北京汽车产业1237项共有发明专利进行分析。结果表明:汽车产业逐步重视对创新网络的利用,网络中企业的主体地位日渐突出,国有企业与科研机构、民营企业与高等院校等异质性主体的合作日益加深;汽车产业创新网络经历了孵化、成长和发展阶段,网络规模不断扩张,重要节点的中介作用和控制作用不断增强,但网络结构仍较为分散,异质性主体融通关系亟待增强。应以核心技术研发和关键零部件国产化为目标、以加快推进政府职能转变和市场化改革为手段,推进汽车产业创新网络的利基创造、互动融合和持续涌现。To reveal the cross-region innovation network of automobile industry,this paper uses social network analysis method to analyze 1237 joint patents of automobile industry in Beijing from 1993 to 2016.The results show that automobile industry in Beijing gradually pays attention to the use of independent innovation cooperation network.The dominant position of enterprises is increasingly prominent in independent innovation cooperation network while there are lots of cooperation between state-owned enterprises and scientific research institutions,private enterprises and universities.The evolution of independent innovation cooperation network has gone through three stages,namely incubation stage,growth stage and development stage.The scale of the independent innovation cooperation network keeps expanding,the mediating and controlling functions of important nodes keep growing,and cross-provincial and cross-regional innovation cooperation relations remain to be strengthened.It is suggested that the participants of the independent innovation cooperation network should aim at the R&D of core technologies and the localization of key components.It is also proposed that the niche creation,interactive integration and continuous emergence of independent innovation cooperation network should be focused on accelerating the transformation of government functions and market reform.
