文化体制改革对经济增长的影响及其区域异质性——基于PSM-DID方法的实证检验

摘　　要：利用中国2002-2018年间174个地级市数据,运用双重差分倾向得分匹配法(PSM-DID)探讨文化体制改革与地区经济增长之间的关系。研究发现:文化体制改革显著推动了地区经济的发展,并且在时间、空间上具有较强的异质性。其中,制度变革的边际效应呈倒U型态势,随着改革的深入,对经济的推动作用先增大后减小;文化体制改革对中西部地区的经济发展推动尤为显著,而对东部地区相较之下更弱。有必要在全国范围内进一步推广落实文化体制改革,使改革带来的经济增长惠及更多地区;同时进一步开放中西部文化市场,结合其丰富的文化资源禀赋,因地制宜地规划文化体制改革的具体实施路径,促进地区间的平衡发展。Based on the data of 174 prefecture-level cities in China from 2002 to 2018,the relationship between the reform of cultural system and regional economic growth was investigated by using double difference tendency score matching(PSM-DID).It is found that the reform of cultural system has greatly promoted the development of regional economy and has strong heterogeneity in time and space.Among them,the marginal effect of institutional change is inverted u-shaped,as the reform deepens,the driving effect on the economy first increases and then decreases,and the reform of the cultural system is particularly significant for the economic development of the central and western regions,the economic boost to the eastern region is weaker by comparison.It is necessary to further promote and implement the cultural system reform nationwide so that the economic growth brought by the reform will benefit more regions.At the same time,we should further open the cultural market in the central and western regions,combine with their rich cultural resource endowment,plan the specific implementation path of cultural system reform according to local conditions,and then promote the balanced development among regions.
