摘　　要：该文介绍了西门子S7-1500系列PLC和SR-750读码器在碲化镉薄膜发电玻璃生产线中应用。SR-750通过PROFINET通讯读取基板ID传递给控制器,控制器对读取数据做字符串计算处理,确保实际物料和现场设备层传输的基板ID一致性,满足实现系统功能的要求。This article introduces the application of Siemens S7-1500 series PLC and SR-750 code readers in the production line of cadmium telluride thin-film power generation glass.SR-750 reads the board ID and transmits it to the controller through PROFINET communication,and the controller performs string calculation processing on the read data to ensure the consistency of the actual material and the board ID transmitted by the field device layer to meet the requirements of the realization of system functions.
